Furthering his now frequent collaborations with Showstudio (featured here and here), Gareth Pugh presents his latest collection in a short directed by Ruth Hogben.
Encapsulating all the dark glamour, divine decadence and hedonistic joy of the roaring Twenties, Gareth Pugh’s A/W 2010 collection is a stylised, silver and black Art Deco fantasy projected at breakneck speed into the twenty-first century.
A kiss on a starless night
Photographer Wendy Bevan shifts into singer/perfomer shoes in this short for Test Mag (and she has some pretty good pipes to boot).
Co-directed by Sayaka Maruyama, the result is a hauntingly beautiful musical short with exquisite imagery, featuring headpieces by Tomihiro Kono and illustrations by Izzie Klingels.
