The bats swarming around the bathtub….I love it!
I know, they give a kind of dark vibe, without really looking scary!
Oh m goodness! That last photo is epicness on a stick! I’m still trying to figure out how it was done, and the only thing I can think of is photoshop, lol. Duhhh.
These are amazing! Where do you find this stuff?!
Nothing like mixing different mediums. There’s a lot of that nowadays.
I agree, mixed media is the way of the future, you can get so many great results, by putting together different materials. I got these from Kelly Smith’s blog, and I know she hand draws a lot, but I’m not really sure she drew these and then superimpose them on the pics, or if she drew directly on the pics with photoshop. Either way the end result is amazing!
how was your vacation?
the vacation were amazing, had lots of fun, and got myself a nice tan :)
I’m such a sucker for the dreamy ones. Anything with flowers and trees, it brings me back to childhood summers. xx
I would love to see more editorials in this medium. Illustration needs to be more modernized, yet I need a comeback for sure.
Definitely, mixing illustration with photography is a trend that I feel has great potential!
very cool idea
love most of them :-P
